To view the contents of your Shopping Bag:
View the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right hand corner of your page. From here, either continue shopping or click on 'Secure checkout' to purchase the contents of your Shopping Bag.
To change the number of products in your Shopping Bag:
If you change your mind and want to change the quantity of an item(s) already in your Shopping Bag, enter the desired quantity and click anywhere on the screen to automatically update the quantity of those items in your Shopping Bag.
To remove products from your Shopping Bag:
Click on the 'Delete' button (the cross symbol) in your Shopping Bag. Please be aware that as long as an item is still visible in your Shopping Bag, it has not been properly deleted.

Same day delivery option is available for orders placed before 12pm in Doha and Al Rayyan
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Swarovski is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

The VAT is calculated according to tax regulations of the country of the online shop in which the order was submitted.
Swarovski accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple pay as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit/ debit card during the payment process and fill in the required card details. Your card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.
As of October 1, 2001, for the security of online credit card transactions, it is mandatory to enter a card security code (CVC2/CVV2) at the point of purchase. This number is neither stored on the card's magnetic strip nor printed on any payment receipts. With this code, Swarovski can confirm that the card is physically present with the paying customer, thereby ensuring that it is not being misused for fraudulent purposes.
For VISA and Mastercard holders, the security code is a three-digit number inscribed on the upper right corner of the signature panel on the back of the card, next to the repeated card number.
The 3D-Secure protocol is an additional security layer that further prevents credit card fraud for online payments. During the checkout process, customers with a 3D-Secure credit card are asked for an authorization password that is assigned by their issuing credit card company. With this additional authentication check, security is increased for the credit card holder and the Online Shop.
You can return products purchased on the website through the Swarovski Boutique as well as online. Please follow the online return process and read our return policy before returning a parcel.
We offer a direct online return process. You may return ordered items within 30 days for full priced items and sale items after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards and customized products). To return your order please proceed as follows:
1. Send an email to our quest relations office informing them on your return. Keep you order number close for reference.
2. Please make sure to hand over the item(s) in the same condition received.
3. After receiving the returned item(s), we will review and refund the corresponding amount based on the initial payment method:
- Credit/debit card payments: Refund to card
- Cash payments: eCredit note
If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be issued a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Swarovski purchase or gift for any reason, you have the right to return the products within 30 days for full priced items and sale items from receipt of your order.
All products must be returned to us unused and with all Swarovski and designer tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, please refer to the below section for more information.
- We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- We require a valid proof of purchase. This can be the online invoice or store invoice/receipt.
- We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.
- Customized products cannot be replaced or returned.
- Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice.
- Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
- If we receive any return of defective items outside of our return policy, we will return such item back to you.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
For each order placed through our website, you can follow the progress of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.
Once your order has been dispatched from the Swarovski fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch.
Add an elegant greetings card with a personalised message inside (limited to one greetings card per order).
For the ultimate finishing touch, add a premium Swarovski gift bag.
Delivery to your address: You will receive one gift bag for each order. The gift bag will be enclosed separately, so you can wrap the gift(s) yourself.
Delivery to a different address: All the items will be beautifully presented in a single gift bag. The package will include a delivery note, which also serves as a warranty, but no invoice.
